Kris has this handwritten wild rice casserole recipe of Minnie’s and thought it would be fun to share. Minnie wrote it out as published, but then added all the considerable changes she made. Note her most unusual method of cooking wild rice! Kris said Minnie made this for Blair when he was painting her house. Any more recipes out there worth sharing? Send them to me.
